Position Overview:

Were currently seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team with the possibility to transition to an Assistant Service Manager for the right candidate. As a Service Advisor in Zeekr Perth Victoria Park youll be the face of our service department assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred not essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Career focused resilient and a drive to succeed.
• Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Full WA drivers licence is essential.

• Enthusiastic friendly and proactive demeanour with a helpful attitude
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is desirable however not essential
