Tonitto Cakes is seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our bakery team in Shellharbour. This role is suitable for someone with strong hands-on baking experience attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy bakery environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare mix knead mould and bake bread rolls and other bakery products.
Follow recipes production schedules and quality standards.
Operate bakery equipment including ovens mixers proofers and dough machinery.
Monitor dough quality baking times and finished product presentation.
Ensure all products are baked fresh and ready for daily customer demand.
Maintain a clean safe and organised bakery work area.
Follow food safety hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with stock rotation ingredient preparation and minimising wastage.
Work cooperatively with bakery and retail staff to support smooth store operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Baker in a retail or commercial bakery environment.
Strong knowledge of bread production and bakery processes.
Ability to work early mornings and follow production timelines.
Good communication teamwork and reliability.
Commitment to producing high-quality baked products.
