About the role:
This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. Youllbe the key coordinator behind a busy Directorate managingexecutive workflow complex schedules high-level correspondenceand sensitive stakeholder matters that help shape our growingcommunity.

What youll be doing:
- Managing the Directors diary correspondence and executive priorities
- Preparing reports briefings and high-quality executive documentation
- Coordinating Elected Member enquiries and stakeholder communications
- Supporting Directorate meetings action tracking and key projects
- Monitoring budgets invoices and administrative processes
- Building strong relationships across the organisation while driving continuous improvement initiatives
What youll bring to the role:
- Experience supporting senior executives in a complex organisation
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Sound judgement discretion and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
Pre-employment requirements:
- Current C-Class Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance
- Right to work in Australia
