Location: 664 Collins Street Docklands - Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office)

About the role:

Youll provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director Strategy Division within a fast-paced governance-heavy environment. This is a proactive EA role where youll manage complex priorities anticipate needs and support the delivery of divisional outcomes aligned to EPAs strategic priorities.

In this role you will:

  • Manage a complex high-volume diary and inbox proactively prioritising competing demands
  • Provide end-to-end executive support including meetings travel briefings and correspondence
  • Coordinate governance processes committees and senior stakeholder meetings (agendas papers minutes)
  • Build strong relationships across government and external stakeholders supporting effective engagement
  • Anticipate priorities identify issues early and drive process improvements to support workflow
  • Provide responsive high-quality support in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support to senior leaders in complex environments (desirable 5 years experience)
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands in a high-volume fast-paced setting
  • High level discretion professionalism and sound judgement when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs and confidently manage upwards (including pushing back where needed)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working across internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability and experience supporting governance processes including structured meetings committees and secretariat support (government or regulated environment experience desirable)
