About this Opportunity
ICC Sydney are looking for a world-class Event Manager to join our high performing Event Planning team where youwill play a vital role leading high-profile events with the support ofthe wider Event Delivery team. This role is responsible forcoordinating and executing a range of events and assist with the service of ICCSydney clients in the event planning process.
This role will be required to work 22.8 hours per week; however we knowpart-time work means something different to everyone. Wed love to hear what thismeans to you.

We are looking for a person who will bring theirextensive events experience and their passion for providing luxury service to alarge-scale venue. An individual with the capabilities to both lead and workharmoniously as part of a larger team to deliver extraordinary events at ICCSydney. An operational mind a natural problem solver the ability to think onyour feet safety focused self-driven positive resilient with strongcustomer service and communication skills as well as the ability to establishgood working relationships are essential to succeed in this role.
In addition to this you will also:
- Coordinate and execute events in conjunction with the broader Event Services team ensuring consistency and timely delivery that follows ICC Sydney policies procedures and standards.
- Identify and communicate the needs of the customer to other internal departments to ensure proper service throughout the Centres operation for assigned groups.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new innovations improvements to processes and improvements and upgrades to existing ICC Sydney products and services.
