Equity of Access, Program Coordinator

As our Equity of Access Program Coordinator youll help keep one of AFCAs strategic programs organised connected and moving forward. Working alongside colleagues across program delivery projects change and communications youll coordinate meetings prepare materials maintain key information and support professional communication with stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity to build practical experience in project coordination change and stakeholder engagement while contributing to work with a clear social purpose. This is initially a 12- month contract position.
Typically in this role you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the Equity of Access program.
- Coordinate program meetings including committee governance forum and external Advisory Board meetings.
- Schedule meetings and manage invitations calendars and supporting arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas papers packs and presentations.
- Take minutes update action registers and follow up outstanding actions.
- Monitor and maintain the program mailbox and calendar.
- Keep the Equity of Access SharePoint site accurate and up to date.
- Maintain program registers contact lists distribution lists and other administrative records.
- Work closely with the Program Lead Project Manager Change Manager and Senior Communications Advisor to keep program activities moving.
- Support clear timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage routine tasks meet agreed timeframes and handle program information confidentially and professionally.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in an administrative coordination customer service or office support role is advantageous but not necessary this is an entry level position.
- Strong organisational skills attention to detail and ability to manage routine tasks follow up actions and meet agreed timeframes.
- Interest in Project management Change management or Stakeholder engagement.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook Word PowerPoint Teams and SharePoint or willingness to build capability in these tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively ask questions when guidance is required and maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling programme information.
- Can do attitude and interest in learning is essential.
