Provide face-to-face customer service and support autonomously assisting customers with enquiries identifying their needs and connecting them with appropriate services and solutions. Deliver a positive customer experience through professional efficient and customer-focused interactions while working independently and taking ownership of customer outcomes.

Salary Grade 2/3 with the base salary for this role starting at 64375 base plus superannuation
