Your part in our Buderim Hospital team
As aNursewithin ourCardiac and Vascular Theatre(CVT) you willassistinpatientadmissions pre procedure preparation and post procedurerecovery(PACU) cardiac monitoring dischargeplanningand patient education. You willbe accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment foroptimalpatient outcomes.Youlldeliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.
What makes a difference for us
Minimum of 2years experiencepreferably in a CVT environment
Bachelor of Nursing orDiploma of nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements
Desire for ongoing professional development
Available to work a rotating roster
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
