We are seeking an inspiring dynamic and experienced educator to lead our English Faculty. As a key Middle Leader the successful applicant will be passionate about excellence in English building the capacity of others and creating a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
Situated in the heart of the Lachlan Valley in Central West NSW Red Bend Catholic College is a co-educational Years 7-12 Catholic Day and Boarding school in the Marist tradition. The College educates over 860 students from rural regional and remote areas to provide an extensive Catholic education. Our core purpose is to make Jesus Christ known and loved through the rich experiences of College life which includes a clear focus on academic care wellbeing boarding co-curricular and sporting experiences.
The primary focus of the English Faculty Coordinator is to oversee the strategic direction curriculum delivery and daily operations of the English department while fostering a culture of collaboration intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement.
The successful applicant for this position will be a dynamic experienced and highly effective educator committed to excellence in teaching and learning building the capacity of others and improving outcomes for all students within the Catholic Marist context of the College.
This position will be full-time permanent and theprimary focus of the Teacher position is the education of the students through the creation of a positive and disciplined learning environment:

This position of responsibility is a 3 year fixed-term contract position.
