About the Opportunity:
Maas Construct is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our team in a full-time fixed term 18 months contract. Reporting to the Project Director you will lead on-site design coordination manage the engineering function and ensure design information is translated into practical construction outcomes across major building projects.

Youll play a key role in maintaining quality technical integrity and program momentum by managing RFIs shop drawings inspection hold points and design-related issues while working closely with consultants subcontractors and project teams.

About You:

• 8 years experience in engineering or technical management within the building construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading on-site design coordination across major building projects
• Strong understanding of structural civil or building services documentation and approval processes.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
• Proactive solutions-focused and confident managing RFIs technical documentation and design issues on site.
