Job Summary

The Engineer MUST have:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in:

Microsoft Intune administration including device enrolment device compliance application deployment MDM endpoint security and policy management.

Microsoft Entra ID administration including conditional access identity protection authentication methods device identity RBAC and application integration.

Management and support of Android mobile devices.

Windows and Linux operating systems.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications

Minimum five (5) years experience in a similar role with significant hands-on responsibility for Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra environments.

High-level communication skills both written and verbal.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex LWC Ominiscripts Flexcards. Integration procedure and DataRaptors. 2. Experience working with OOP frameworks & design patterns. 3. Experience in building and working with integration (example REST APIs Platform Events). 4. Platform Developer I Platform Developer II Ominstudio Developer certified. 5. Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud Health Cloud implementations. 6. Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development
