Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join our Brisbane team. This role is suited to an engineer with a strong detailed design background preferably gained within a consultancy environment supporting the mining and resources in controls systems is advantageous and occasional site travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver highquality electrical designs across a variety of project.
• Work collaboratively with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to support concept development detailed design and project delivery.
• Develop design packages specifications calculations and drawings that meet industry standards and project scope.
• Support project management activities including task planning progress tracking resourcing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation ensuring accuracy clarity and compliance with relevant codes standards and quality processes.
• Engage directly with clients contributing to design meetings technical discussions and problemsolving to ensure positive project outcomes.
• Undertake occasional site visits for inspections data gathering design validation and commissioning support.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4-8 years of Australian experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
• RPEQ or working towards registration.
• Willingness to undertake occasional site travel.
