Role/s: EL1 x Integration Architect

The EL1 Integration Architect (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the NDIA.

The position requires a skilled Integration SME with expertise in SalesForce iPaaS MuleSoft and Rest API integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing developing and implementing integration solutions that enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.

Key duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Design develop and support integration solutions using iPaaS MuleSoft and Rest API to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse integration requirements
  • Implement and maintain integration solutions ensuring they are scalable secure and efficient
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues providing timely support to stakeholders
  • Document integration processes configurations and best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in API integrations.

Criteria

Essential criteria
  • 1.3-5 years of experience in integration development with a focus on iPaaS MuleSoft SalesForce and Rest API
  • in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • documentation skills and ability to create detailed consumable architecture artefacts and confidently represent these to appropriate review boards and forums
  • problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • to deal with competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • communication skills and ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders.
