The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The NDIA seeks a Salesforce developer to join the Digital team within the Scheme CRM Platforms Branch.

Key duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Establishment and development of AI development capabilities utilising Claude Code in Salesforce development

Undertake work in REST APIs services

Undertake work with Source Control tools (e.g. Gitlab Bitbucket GitHub) from a Claude Code context.

Support work with Atlassian Jira Bitbucket and Agile development tool sets.

The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a response to each criterion. Each response is limited to 3000 characters.

• 1.3-5 Years of Hands-on Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex LWC Omniscripts Flexcards. Integration procedure and DataRaptors.
• working with OOP frameworks & design patterns
• working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development Atlassian Jira VSCode and DevOps practices.
• in building and working with integration (example REST APIs Platform Events).
• in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud implementations and familiar with Salesforce Governor limits.
• with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
