Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedFull Time ECT Ed Leader to join our foundation team at ourPadstowlocation.
This is a hands-on on-the-floor leadership role where you will work closely with educators each dayleading by example mentoring staff and driving best practice in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of educators through on-the-floor mentoring collaboration and support
Model and guide best-practice early childhood education in daily routines and program implementation
Develop and deliver engaging holistic learning programs that support each childs growth curiosity and development
Foster a positive inclusive and professional team culture focused on high-quality care and education
Build strong relationships with families and the community
Ensure health safety and wellbeing standards are consistently upheld
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Strong ability to lead mentor and inspire educators
Valid Working with Children Check
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection training/certificate
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills
A passion for continuous learning innovation and professional growth
