Whats The Role:

Were seeking an experienced Linehaul Driver to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading transportation company and play a key role in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses to meet their transport needs.

Lindsay Transport is Australias largest fresh produce transporter delivering temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and grocery distribution centres. Were part of the Lindsay Group a national leader in transport and logistics connecting regional communities with key markets across Australia.

Roster:

Monday - Friday Nightshift Shuttle starting at 10pm

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Safe Always Demonstrating safe work practices leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.

• Temperature Sensitive Freight working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight ensuring the safe and timely handling.

• Customer Service Interacting with customers in a professional manner.

• Teamwork & Communication Working closely with depot teams for the loading unloading and transportation of freight.

• Good Work Ethic Reliable supportive and the ability to have a go!

• Quality Checks & Control Completing relevant pre-start checklists safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.
  

What Youll Bring:

• Current and valid MC driver licence to perform the above-mentioned role.

• Previous Commercial Driving Experience detailed in your resume.

• Current BFM preferred but not essential.

• A safe driving record you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history.

• Commitment to workplace health and safety

• Strong customer focus with good communication skills.

• Well presented professional and reliable.
