Salary: $247781 p.a. (pro rata) Super Medicare incentives

The Role (Snapshot)
As a GP at DYHS youll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality culturally appropriate primary care. Your work will include general practice health promotion chronic disease management and contributing to continuous quality improvement.
Youll also:
- Lead and mentor clinical staff and students
- Help shape clinical policy systems & accreditation
- Ensure proper Medicare claiming and use of digital health tools
- Build relationships with allied health specialists for coordinated care
Who You Are
- Registered General Practitioner (AHPRA)
- Current provider & prescriber numbers
- FRACGP / FACRRM / vocational registration
- Strong communication teamwork and clinical skills
- Cultural awareness and respect for Aboriginal health values
Desirable:
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Experience in womens childrens or emergency health care; supervisor accreditation; AGPAL understanding.
Extras & Requirements
- Valid Working with Children check
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
- Valid drivers licence
- Pre-Employment Health Assessment
- Flexibility to travel between clinics
- Commitment to work a minimum of 2 days per week (0.4 FTE).
