Location: South West Sydney

Salary Package: $155k Super Bonus

ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead a high-volume Distribution Centre through a significant operational transformation driving performance across warehouse fulfillment transport and inventory. Youll lead from the floor strengthen leadership improve accountability and deliver against safety service productivity and cost targets.

This is a genuine turnaround opportunity. Youll challenge the status quo modernise systems and processes build a high-performing team and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable sustainable improvements across the operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the safe efficient and cost-effective operation of the Distribution Centre.
• Drive a major operational transformation across people process systems and performance.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders managers and frontline teams strengthening accountability.
• Improve productivity labour utilisation workflow and overall operational efficiency.
• Drive DIFOT fulfillment dispatch and service performance.
• Improve inventory accuracy warehouse discipline and stock integrity.
• Modernise ERP/WMS utilisation reporting and operational processes.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed sustainable performance cultural change and continuous improvement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5 years experience leading Distribution Centre warehouse or complex operations environments.
• Proven track record of turning around underperforming operations and delivering measurable results.
• Strong end-to-end experience across warehouse fulfilment transport inventory and workforce management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational transformation and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Strong people leader with experience developing managers Team Leaders and frontline teams.
• Confident influencing senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/WMS KPI management WHS/CoR and cost optimisation.
• Resilient commercially minded leader who can challenge the status quo create accountability and drive change.
