About the Role

We are seeking a reliable caring and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to support a client located in South Morang.

The client is looking for someone who can provide consistent and respectful support with daily household tasks and meal preparation.

Available shifts include:

  • MondaySunday 6:00 pm8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am10:00 am and 6:00 pm8:00 pm

You do not need to be available for every shift. We are happy to consider applicants who can commit to a regular selection of these shifts. Please clearly outline your availability when applying.

A female Support Worker is preferred for this role to meet the clients individual support needs and preference

Duties Include
  • General cleaning and dusting
  • Meal preparation including chopping and preparing ingredients
  • Laundry including washing folding and putting away clothes
  • General household tidying and maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment
  • Providing friendly respectful and reliable support to the client
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable punctual and committed
  • Caring patient and respectful
  • Comfortable assisting with domestic duties and meal preparation
  • Able to build a positive and professional relationship with clients
  • Ideally located in or close to South Morang
  • Available for regular evening and/or weekend shifts
Requirements
  • Previous experience in disability support aged care community care or a similar role is highly regarded
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support Disability or equivalent is desirable
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Valid Australian drivers licence and reliable transport
