We believe that a good support relationship is not only about experience and qualifications personality shared interests and genuine rapport matter Opportunity Oak Park VIC 3046We are currently seeking a reliable engaging and proactive Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a participant in Oak Park Victoria 3046.A strong interest in mechanics cars or automotive work would be highly regarded for this particular participant previously worked as a mechanic and mechanics and automotive interests remain an important part of his identity and life experience. We would therefore particularly like to hear from support workers who genuinely enjoy cars engines mechanical work automotive projects or similar hands-on dont need to be a qualified mechanic.
