About the role
Our Group Home service operates 24/7 offering a variety of shifts including morning day evening and awake night shifts. Youll need to be available for 34 days per week with a minimum commitment of 20 hours. For those seeking additional hours there are opportunities to work up to 40 hours per week on a casual basis.
Our Northern Beaches group homes are conveniently located across Frenchs Forest Dee Why Elanora Heights Mona Vale and surrounding areas. You must be available and willing to work across all Northern Beaches group home locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised person-centred support within a group home environment
Assist clients with mealtimes personal care medication administration and manual handling using a range of equipment and aids
Support clients to engage in community activities and build meaningful social connections
Empower clients to make their own choices and develop skills to increase independence
Monitor clients wellbeing and accurately document and report on progress
Provide transport support as required including driving the CPA minivan
Contribute to a supportive fun and dynamic team culture

Requirements
Available for a minimum of 3 days a week 20 hours (this is a minimum requirement - there are 38 hours available if you wish)
A current NSW Drivers License (P2 minimum)
Ability to travel locally across the Northern Beaches
