We have an exciting opportunity available for a Director to join the EPA to lead the EPAs AWNSG technical team.

About You

You will be a purpose driven outcomes focused collaborative and passionate advocate for the environment communities and NSW EPA. You will lead your Branch in providing expert technical and scientific advice including monitoring for air water noise soil and groundwater and drives the development and delivery of regulatory solutions to protect the environment and human health.

It is desirable for you to have qualifications in economics science research or a related field.

About the Team

The Regulatory Practice & Services division provides scientific technical and applied advice to enable evidence-based decision-making in the EPA.

Through guidance monitoring and incident coordination we ensure evidence-based decision making and drive best practice regulation to protect environmental and human health.

The division provides incident management expertise to support the NSW EPAs leadership of the Environmental Services Function through state emergency management arrangements.
