As Director Operations youll provide senior leadership to our regional Operations Managers setting direction strengthening performance and building capability across the portfolio. Your remit goes well beyond the day-to-day taking a portfolio-wide view of commercial performance guest experience people safety risk and operational delivery.

If youre an accomplished multi-site operational leader ready for greater scale and complexity this is a rare opportunity to take a significant next step in your career. Youll work at the bigger-picture level strengthening accountability translating strategy into results and building the conditions for our properties and their leaders to succeed.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and based from our Gold Coast/Coolangatta office this is also a role that gets out into the business. Youll travel regularly across the portfolio staying connected to your Operations Managers and property leaders understanding whats happening on the ground and helping remove barriers to great performance.

What you will do:
Youll empower your regional Operations Managers to deliver bringing together people commercial performance and operational excellence to create strong sustainable results across the portfolio.

What you will bring:
Youll bring substantial senior leadership experience across complex multi-site operations ideally within tourism hospitality accommodation or another service-led environment together with strong commercial acumen and proven accountability for budgets forecasting labour margin and profitability. Just as importantly youll know how to balance big-picture thinking with operational reality bringing a calm credible and people-focused leadership style.
