The OpportunityReporting directly to the Executive Director Clinical Services you will provide strategic operational and clinical leadership across key service areas within Forensicare. This role offers the opportunity to influence clinical excellence workforce strategy service innovation and system-wide outcomes in one of Australias most respected specialist mental health services. You will work alongside senior medical nursing and operational leaders to:Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional consumer clinical governance safety and quality contemporary models of forensic mental health the recruitment retention and development of a highly skilled medical strong partnerships across health justice academic and government to organisational strategy and future service development. About YouYou are an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with a strong track record of clinical leadership service improvement and stakeholder engagement. You are known for your ability to influence inspire and lead through complexity while maintaining a strong focus on consumer-centred will bring:Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or or eligibility for registration as a medical practitioner in leadership experience within complex health in clinical governance quality and risk relationship-building and influencing skills.A commitment to innovation service excellence and workforce development.
