About The Role:

As Digital Marketing Advisor youll help deliver the digital campaigns behind Endeavour Lotteries bringing bold creative smart targeting and seamless customer journeys together to grow ticket sales and supporter engagement.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves making things happen. Youll support the day-to-day delivery of campaign activity across paid media website landing pages and organic social channels.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the practical side of digital marketing has fresh ideas and out-of-the-box thinking and gets a kick out of seeing great campaign work go live.

What youll be doing:

In this role you will:

• Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across paid owned and organic channels
• Help generate demand for Endeavour Lotteries campaigns including Prize Homes $200K Pay Day draws and Membership activity
• Work closely with our media agency partners to support our paid digital campaigns
• Support landing page updates website campaign content and digital customer journey improvements
• Own our organic social presence across Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube
• Bring ideas to the table that entertain engage and bring our brand personality to life
• Have the opportunity to visit our incredible Prize Homes to support content production and campaign activity

About You:
Youre a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys the pace of campaign delivery and the satisfaction of seeing great work go live.

You know how to take a brief coordinate the moving parts and help turn campaign ideas into digital activity that performs.

Youll bring:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or Business
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in digital marketing
• Experience working across social media platforms including Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks deadlines and stakeholders at once
• Confidence working with internal teams and external agency partners
• A creative and curious approach to digital marketing content and customer journeys
• A strong feel for social content brand personality and what makes people stop smile click comment or share
• A willingness to test learn and optimise across digital channels
• Qualifications or certifications in Google Meta TikTok SEO or CRM platforms would be highly regarded
