The Opportunity
Were looking for a brilliant hands-on leader to run the day-to-day operations of our busy Pirie Street practice. Reporting to the Group Manager youll be a key part of our leadership team driving service excellence across a large and dynamic clinic.
This is a fast-paced high-energy environment where youll lead motivate and support a large team build a positive and collaborative culture and ensure every patient receives outstanding care from the moment they walk in.
About You
Youre an experienced practice manager ready for your next challenge - someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys having a real visible impact on a businesss success. You bring:
- Proven management experience ideally in a large or multi-chair dental practice
- A talent for building relationships and positively influencing clinicians and support staff alike
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive empathetic approach
- A genuine can-do attitude and self-motivation
Qualifications in business or practice management will be highly regarded.
