This is a hands on delivery role where youll own projects end-to-end and keep everything on track.
- Leading project planning and setting clear direction from day one
- Managing multiple projects and priorities across the business
- Coordinating people resources and timelines to get things done
- Keeping projects on track adjusting plans as needed to hit deadlines
- Working closely with stakeholders building strong relationships along the way
- Managing risks solving problems early and keeping things moving
- Preparing reports and updates for leadership
- Overseeing documentation contracts and project governance
- Supporting tenders and submissions where needed
- Continuously improving how we deliver projects
How will you support our Why
- Experience in a Delivery Lead or Project Management role (around 3 years)
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile Scrum or similar)
- Solid stakeholder management skills you can work across teams and levels
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum
- A practical problem-solving mindset
- Clear communication written and verbal
- Experience using tools like Jira MS Project or similar
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (nice to have not essential)
