About the role:

As our Data & Inventory Analyst youll play a key role in helping the business understand performance identify opportunities and make informed decisions through accurate and insightful reporting.

You will:

• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and performance metrics that provide visibility across the business.

• Analyse inventory and operational data to uncover trends risks and opportunities.

• Extract clean and transform data using SQL Excel and other reporting tools to create reliable datasets.

• Translate business questions into meaningful metrics reporting frameworks and actionable insights.

• Partner with teams across Operations Finance Product and Data to ensure reporting consistency and a single source of truth.

• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way to a variety of stakeholders.

• Improve reporting processes through automation documentation and data quality initiatives.

• Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance reporting governance and decision-making capabilities.

About you:

Youll be an analytical thinker who enjoys turning data into stories and insights that create positive business outcomes.

Were looking for someone who has:

• Experience in a Data Analyst Reporting Analyst Business Analyst or similar analytical role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into meaningful metrics.

• Advanced Excel skills with experience using formulas pivot tables power queries and ideally macros.

• Experience working with SQL and large datasets.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex information in a simple and practical way.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy governance and continuous improvement.

• Experience within retail inventory merchandise supply chain or commercial environments will be highly regarded.
