Working in a fast-paced safety-driven environment youll ensure Aerlink flights run smoothly and on schedule. With both full-time and part-time roles available we offer flexibility to align with flight schedules including early mornings late nights weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during check-in boarding and disembarkation processes ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Manage check-in tasks including verifying tickets issuing boarding passes and checking luggage.
- Provide accurate flight information to passengers regarding schedules delays cancellations and gate changes.
- Resolve passenger issues with professionalism and efficiency assisting with inquiries on schedules fares and policies.
- Ensure safety and security compliance in all processes including screening passengers and luggage.
- Coordinate with airport personnel to ensure smooth operations prompt assistance in emergencies and effective handling of delays or disruptions.
- Assist with aircraft cabin cleaning as required.

Qualifications

- Licensed & Reliable: Valid Australian drivers license and reliable transport.
- Australian Residency: Must be an Australian citizen permanent resident or have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
