The nature of the events industry means your schedule will vary soexpect a 7-day rotating roster with early morning starts and late eveningfinishes. Required Skills & Experience:

You will bring your extensive customer serviceexperience from a large-scale venue and combine it with your passion to deliverextraordinary events at ICC Sydney. A positive attitude resilience strongcustomer service and communication skills as well as the ability to establishgood working relationships are essential to succeed in this role.

In addition to this youwill also:

  • Take an active role in supervising and performance managing a large team of casual ushers.
  • Lead and assist daily changes to the usher roster based on event needs.
  • Flexible and available to work across a 7 day rotating roster including early morning and afternoon/evening shifts across multiple customer service desks.
  • Deliver business centre services for our clients and guests.
  • Learn and perform the role for Exhibitor Services to our exhibition clients and guests.
  • Ensure that administrative tasks are completed daily including daily event reports post event reports incident reporting and accurate briefing sheets.
  • Assist in managing crowd flows to ensure the front of house delivery is conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Previous Customer Service Supervisor experience.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • You must be 18 years or over.
