Part Time Customer Service Specialist (AAMI Specialists)

Were currently recruiting part-time Customer Service Specialists to join our AAMI team in Melbourne helping customers right across Australia.
If you enjoy helping people solving problems and making a positive difference in someones day wed love to hear from you. At Suncorp youll be supported with comprehensive training ongoing guidance and a team thats committed to helping you succeed.

Shift Pattern
This is a part-time role offering:
Option 1: 30 hours per week Monday Wednesday Thursday and Friday
Start window: 9:00am 11:00am
Please note: Start window means you may be rostered to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be available to work within this window.

What Youll Be Doing
As an AAMI Specialist youll:
Support customers with their insurance enquiries over the phone
Provide personalised solutions that meet customers needs
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
Achieve service and sales targets while putting the customer first
Resolve enquiries confidently and efficiently

Training
Your success starts with investing in your development.
Youll complete a 7-week full-time paid training program based in our Melbourne office giving you all the knowledge and support you need to succeed.
Please note youll be required to work full-time from the Melbourne office during training. Once training is complete youll transition to your roster and our flexible hybrid working model.

Home Office Requirements
As this is a hybrid role Suncorp will provide your laptop and headset. Youll need:
A reliable internet connection
An ergonomic home office setup (keyboard mouse dual monitors desk and chair)
A private quiet workspace suitable for taking customer calls
