Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a trusted client located in Northgate QLD

The important parts:

• Pay:$35-40 per hour Super
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration:3-month temporary assignment with potential for permanent employment
• Hours:MondayFriday 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Location: Northgate QLD

What you will be required to do:

Youll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting national accounts and managing customer enquiries across multiple channels.

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Managing customer requests through Salesforce and internal systems
• Coordinating service bookings and scheduling requirements
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure service delivery standards are met
• Working within KPI and service level expectations
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems will be highly regarded
• A positive attitude and strong customer-focused approach
