About the role

The Customer Service Officer acts as the first point of contact for our clients. This role provides high quality professional telephone support though accurate and timely customer service to our clients staff and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality professional telephone customer service to our clients staff and external key stakeholders.
  • Provide welcoming reception support.
  • Ensure reception and phones are covered at all times by working collaboratively with other administration staff.
  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the organisation
  • Provide basic rostering support
  • Work collaboratively and build strong and productive working relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation.
  • Provide periodic client reviews and undertake onboarding process for clients.

About you

Essential:

  • Proven administrative skills including proficiency in using a range of software applications including Microsoft Word Excel and databases.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer service.
  • Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to establish priorities and manage workloads.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform duties responsibly under limited supervision to ensure the achievement of team goals.
  • Able to think critically to resolve problems and implement solutions within your scope of work.
  • Ability to work flexible hours dependent on work requirements and fulfil out-of- hours on-call duties
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to work health and safety requirements.

  • Current Drivers License
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Screening Check
