We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our exciting Customer Experience Consultant team in Melbourne. Youll play a key role in providing exceptional customer support and enhancing the overall client experience.

Job Description

What youll be doing;

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from our clients (average of 60-70 interactions (blend of calls & emails) per day approx 30-40 emails per day)

  • Accurately log client requests into our systems

  • Resolve queries efficiently and professionally

  • Meet client KPIs and contribute to team targets

  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction

  • Support and improve internal processes and procedures

  • A natural people person who enjoys helping others

  • A confident communicator with a passion for customer service

  • Excellent phone manner and a knack for sending concise emails

  • Strong multi-tasker juggling different tasks without compromising quality

  • High attention to detail and accuracy a natural problem solver!

  • Positive attitude integrity and honesty

  • Organised self-disciplined and a team player

  • Experience in a call centre environment or customer service role (ie retail or hospitality etc) is a plus but not essential well provide full training so you can develop your career!

  • Proficient in computer literacy and keyboard skills
