About the Opportunity

Are you highly organised detail-oriented and experienced in managing customer accounts and credit administrative processes

Were looking for a Credit Administrator to join our team in Truganina and play an important role in supporting customer onboarding account maintenance and credit administration across our Food this fast-paced role youll help ensure customer accounts are set up accurately maintained efficiently and supported through every stage of the customer lifecycle.

In this Role

• Support the end-to-end onboarding of new customer accounts
• Maintain accurate customer records including account details fees and rebate information
• Ensure all customer documentation is complete compliant and correctly maintained
• Conduct governance and compliance checks including ABN and legal entity validation
• Coordinate store settlements and ensure all required documentation is received on time
• Build strong relationships with Commercial Managers to facilitate onboarding and security requirements
• Manage customer account updates closures and maintenance activities with a high degree of accuracy

Youre Likely a Match If

• Previous experience in administration customer onboarding credit administration accounts or a similar support role
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish
• A proactive customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills
