Our Client s a growing South Australian structural steel company based inDirek. We are seeking an experienced and reliableMobile Crane Operatorto join our team on a full-time long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator looking for stable work with a professional team and a strong focus on safety quality and productivity.

As a Mobile Crane Operator you will be responsible for safely operating mobile and truck-mounted cranes to load transport unload and position structural steel across residential commercial and industrial construction sites.

You will work closely with our transport fabrication and erection teams as well as doggers riggers and site supervisors to ensure steel is delivered and positioned safely and efficiently.

• Operate mobile cranes including cranes up to40 tonnes
• Safely operate truck-mounted cranes and associated equipment
• Load transport unload and position structural steel
• Safely lift and place steel on construction sites
• Work closely with doggers riggers erection crews and site supervisors
• Complete daily pre-start inspections and crane setup
• Follow lift plans SWMS and site-specific safety requirements
• Ensure loads are secured correctly for transport
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report faults or maintenance requirements
• Maintain company vehicles cranes and equipment to a high standard
• Work efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
• Represent the company professionally when working on customer and construction sites

• C6 Slewing Mobile Crane Licenceor higher
• HC or MC Drivers Licence
• CV Vehicle Loading Crane Licence where applicable
• Construction White Card
• Demonstrated experience operating mobile cranes
• Experience with truck-mounted cranes and/or crane trucks
• Strong understanding of safe lifting load handling and crane operations
• Good knowledge of construction-site safety requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable work ethic and professional attitude

• DG Dogging High Risk Work Licence
• RB RI or RA Rigging Licence
• Structural steel transport experience
• Structural steel erection experience
• Experience working on residential commercial or industrial construction projects
• Experience operating cranes in tight-access or complex site conditions
