About the Role

Due to ongoing growth and innovation were on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Corporate Travel Consultantto join our national team.

This is more than just a booking role youll be a true partner to your clients offering strategic travel support anticipating their needs and delivering consistently outstanding service.

What Youll Do

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and deliver seamless domestic and/or international travel services.
• Tailor travel solutions aligned with each clients travel policy and service level agreements.
• Arrange flights accommodation car hire visas insurance and more with precision and care.
• Build strong lasting relationships with clients showing them they matter at every interaction.
• Identify booking trends and proactively provide solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay current with training on products systems and tools.
• Represent CT Connections at client and industry events.

What You Bring

• 3 years of multi-skilled corporate travel consulting experience.
• Expertise in domestic and/or international fares ticketing reissues and itinerary planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a genuine love of service.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
• A team player mindset with a bias for action and a deep respect for relationships.
• Experience using Sabre GDS and Tramada (preferred).
• A drive to work in an environment where people feel safe secure empowered and not judged.
