Corporate Operations Manager

Working closely with the Partner Governance & Corporate Operations the position plays a key role in operationalising new service offerings strengthening operational frameworks and supporting firmwide projects and transformation initiatives. The role focuses on establishing consistent processes delivering practical and solution-focused outcomes and contributing to continuous improvement across business operations. It offers broad exposure across corporate operations and strategic initiatives with the opportunity to develop a well-rounded skillset aligned to corporate operations and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ESG Lead in delivering firmwide ESG priorities including coordinating initiatives reporting and meetings and embedding ESG considerations into business operations.
• Support delivery of firmwide operational and transformation initiatives for the Partner GCO including process improvement programs systems implementation and optimisation and cross-functional projects by providing structured project management support (planning tracking governance and reporting) and assisting with priority and ad hoc strategic initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions while developing and standardising templates workflows and operating procedures providing data-driven insights and driving consistency across teams and processes.
• Lead change management planning for new initiatives and service offerings including developing stakeholder communication and adoption strategies monitoring adoption and benefits realisation and identifying and mitigating change risks and resistance.
• Provide general support to the Partner Governance & Corporate Operations across corporate operations activities.

Qualifications :

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business commerce governance law project management or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• ESG / sustainability-related credentials are desirable but not essential
• Demonstrated relevant practical experience in operations transformation or project delivery may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• A proactive attitude willingness to learn and enthusiasm to be hands on in the role.
