Job Summary

  • Based at either our Geelong Waterfront or Melbourne Burwood Campus hybrid work arrangements
  • Full-time and fixed-term until 28 June 2027
  • HEW 7 $105933 - $116643* 17% Superannuation (*4% increase will apply from 29 June 2026)

As the Coordinator Customer Experience you will work closely with the Customer Experience leaders and teams to enhance the service experience across the division for internal and external customers.

You will lead the development and delivery of key communications on behalf of the Executive Director and the division to support strategic initiatives and foster strong connections with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage priorities identify effective solutions and critically review current processes from the customers perspective.

To be successful youll have:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and clearly with a range of stakeholders.
  • Confidence using a wide range of University systems and tools including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • The ability to work independently and in collaboration with others and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to work identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative.
  • A degree qualification with substantial relevant experience or extensive leadership and management expertise in technical operational or administrative environments or an equivalent combination of education training and professional experience.
