Job Summary
$26.71 base rate 12% superannuation as a permanent part-time employee
Production Kitchen - Port Macquarie

THE POSITION
- Prepare cook and serve meals in line with procedures
- Apply catering control principles; food safety waste minimisation and cleaning
- Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
- Stock control and rotation as laid out in site procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
THE PERSON
- Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
- Excellent time management organisational communication skills
- Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
- Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
- Positive attitude and with a view to progressing in a culinary career
