Contracts Administrator Renewable Infrastructure

Our client is an engineering and construction organisation delivering transport civil and energy infrastructure. Its renewable energy operations bring development and delivery expertise together on large energy assets.
The Opportunity
Support the commercial delivery of a Victorian energy project from Melbourne working closely with site-based teams. Reporting to commercial leadership you will keep contracts procurement decisions and reporting aligned with construction progress.
Your Responsibilities
Administer subcontract packages claims notices and variations across head-contract and downstream obligations.
Contribute to sourcing tender evaluation and award of equipment materials and specialist works.
Coordinate with engineers procurement and project controls to link commercial activity to site progress.
Maintain contract registers and produce clear commercial reports.
Identify contractual and financial risks and uphold commercial governance.
Help resolve supplier and subcontractor claims through professional collaboration.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Bachelor qualification in construction management civil engineering commerce or a related discipline.
Three to six years in contract administration or commercial work within civil infrastructure or renewable projects.
Knowledge of Australian construction contracts procurement and commercial principles.
EPC or major equipment supply agreement exposure is advantageous.
Analytical skills with budgets forecasts and project finance systems.
Ability to work effectively with remote site teams and subcontractors.
