In this role youll:


Play a key role in supporting the delivery of road and active transport infrastructure projects by providing contract administration commercial and financial management support across a portfolio of projects.

Administer construct only D&C and/or construction professional services contracts to support successful project development and delivery.


Monitor contract performance manage contract registers and records and support reporting activities.


Assessment and administration of progress claims variations contractual issues and draft Contractual letters and briefing notes..


Provide contract advice and support to Project Managers Commercial Managers and project teams.


Monitor project financial performance and contribute to forecasting reporting and financial management activities.


Identify and escalate contractual risks while supporting compliance with procurement and contract management requirements.


Build effective relationships with contractors consultants and internal stakeholders to achieve project and commercial outcomes

This is a permanent position with the hub at Parramatta NSW attendance to office including assigned project sites as per TfNSW hybrid working policy.

About you


You are a motivated and detail oriented contracts or commercial professional with experience supporting infrastructure construction engineering or project development and/or delivery environments. You enjoy working in collaborative project teams and have a strong ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality compliance and outcomes.
