Working Pattern - Hybrid three days per week in the Melbourne Office

This is an FTC role for 14 months
- Draft review and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Provide clear commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships across teams and functions.
- Identify legal and contractual risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Maintain and improve contract templates playbooks and legal processes.
- Lead negotiations with external parties.
- Support legal compliance activities and business training initiatives.
- Assist with legal operations disputes and other corporate matters as required.
- Experience drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Australian commercial and contract law
- The ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across a range of teams
- A flexible and organised approach in a fast-paced environment
