Contact Centre Representative

As a Contact Centre Representative youll be an important first point of contact for our patients and practices. Youll use your dental knowledge and customer service skills to provide helpful professional and efficient support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage patient inquiries appointments and records across phone email and online platforms.
• Assist with insurance queries payment options and general service information.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure clear communication and quality care.
• Address patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications :

Previous call centre or contact centre experience is essential. Were looking for someone who is confident on the phone enjoys speaking with people and can provide excellent customer service in a busy environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous contact centre or call centre experience essential
• Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential. Full training and support will be provided so if you have strong contact centre experience and are keen to learn about the dental industry wed love to hear from you.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional friendly manner.
• Good computer literacy including the ability to manage scheduling software and databases.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple communication channels.
