About the Opportunity:
The Construction Supervisor role is a critical positionthat oversees all aspects of residential construction of new homes. Directly reporting to theConstruction & Warranty Manager the role isresponsible for ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the specified quality standards whilst maintaining strong WHS standards and practices.
About You:
- Motivated well organised customer-focused and able to prioritise tasks.
- Must be flexible enjoy implementing new processes and look to add value to the business.
- Strong ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner.
- A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management.
- 5 years of experience within the Residential Project Home Industry is desired.
- A strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes expediently.
- Outstanding leadership communication and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel is an essential and regular requirement to meet and liaise with customers suppliers and contractors.
- Ideal role for a builder or carpenter who would like to get off the tools - Trade Qualified Background.
- Expert knowledge of building products construction details rules regulations quality standards and the Standards and Tolerance Act.
- Experienced use of industry-leading systems and programs such as Framework Buildpass Office 365 or similar.
