First Lift Program (12 Weeks)

• 30-min weekly sessionsin branch before you head out to site for the day

• Learn on the job structured training

• Mix of technical skills personal development

• Work in a crew of 3 with a Leading Hand supporting you

The Role

• Load/unload trucks secure gear

• Install & dismantle scaffolding and safety systems

• Work on residential building sites

• Complete basic reports and checks

What You Need

• Scaffolding or construction experience

• Orexperience working in ablue-collarenvironment(essential)

• White Card

• Drivers licence own transport(essential)

• Willing to work Mon to Fri with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week

• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work in a fast-paced residential construction environment

Itsa bonus if you have:

• Scaffold ticket or height safety experience

• MR licence
