Job Summary
The Role
- Oversee and continuously improve the Pacific compliance program and Annual Compliance Plan.
- Provide strategic regulatory advice to leadership and stakeholders across both WTW segments.
- Drive functional projects and improvement initiatives aligned to OGC and WTW objectives.
- Engage confidently with business clients government regulators and external parties.
- Report key issues and recommendations to the Head of Legal & Compliance Pacific and Compliance Director International.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- 5 years proven experience in compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Australian & New Zealand regulatory frameworks; deep expertise preferred.
- Deep experience in financial services laws and regulation (including ASIC); insurance/insurance broking exposure preferred.
- Professional services advisory experience is a plus.
- Exceptional stakeholder influence discretion and calm under pressurepaired with commercial pragmatism.
- Ability to support compliance aspects of M&A (including due diligence) and guide regulatory change impacts.
