The Role

We have acasual driving role based in Ingham. It isattached to ourTownsville Branch and will involve trips in a commuter van to and from and around Ingham and Townsville.

As a TransitCare driver youll be the face of our organisation delivering essential community transport services that make a real difference.

What Youll Do

• Safely operate and maintain fleet vehicles
• Provide assisted transport for elderly and disabled passengers including wheelchair support
• Help clients with shopping bags mobility aids and personal items
• Use computerised trip and GPS systems accurately

What You Bring

• A caring attitude and commitment to customer service
• Open drivers licence and good knowledge of Townsville Ingham and surrounds
• Ability to complete basic written reports accurately
• Clear criminal history and eligibility for an Industry Authority Blue Card and Yellow Card
• Physical fitness ability to lift15kg and complete annual CPR training
