Our Community Support & Engagement Officers help create a welcoming and inclusive community at Tucker St supporting women to sustain their tenancy build confidence and connect with the services opportunities and relationships that help them thrive.

As a trusted point of contact youll build meaningful relationships provide practical support and bring community initiatives to life through engagement activities events and partnerships that strengthen connection and belonging.

Youll be a great fit if you:

• bring experience in community services case work housing support or a related field
• have relevant qualifications in in community services social work housing or a related discipline
• enjoy building trusted relationships and supporting people to achieve their goals
• work from a strengths-based trauma-informed and culturally safe approach
• value meaningful work that creates positive community outcomes
• enjoy connecting people with services opportunities and each other
