We are seeking a Community Connections Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with local organisations community groups and service providers to create meaningful opportunities for Participants. This includes identifying programs attending community events organising activities and developing referral networks that support inclusion independence and wellbeing.
You dont need to know everything. What matters most is your ability to connect with people find solutions and bring the right supports together to help Participants thrive.
The Opportunity:
Our Community Connection Specialists will build and maintain referral pathways with community services to meet our Participants diverse needs. You will play a key role in understanding what is happening in the local community by connecting people with the right programs and services whilst working closely with our IEA staff to create wrap-around support plans to give people the best shot at securing a sustainable employment pathway.
This is a role for someone who is passionate about making connectionswith people with programs and with referral services.

- Qualifications in Certificate III in Employment Services Community Services Disability Services or similar is desirable (but not required) or a willingness to complete a formal qualification fully supported by Status as part of your employment journey with us.
